- The candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board or institution with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks
- Each college or university has its own cutoff percentile. A candidate must score above 55 to get admission to their preferred college.
- Applicants need to qualify for the entrance test (UPCET, IPU CET, JMI) for a government-recognized university/college.
- Some institutes conduct their own entrance test, while some of the colleges do take direct admissions
